Bad End Help

So I just beat the game for the first time I got the bad end unfortunately but I had so much fun and can't wait to jump back in and go another round. But I was wondering is there is a way out of this bad end. It's the Decryption Route and the Journal gives me 2 entries but I don't know what to do with the 2nd one. 11-1 There are more secrets to be gathered in the digital realm. I'm assuming that is the key to breaking out of the Bad End but I cannot figure it out.

When you are gathering the data of the main character you have to go to all 3 places to get a piece of data it will normally ask if you are ready to continue or something like that after 2 pieces and you have to say no and go get the third piece
