Wunderwaffe has shaped books (The Hunt for Wunderwaffe for example), myths, facts, films, and documentary series. There is also a game.
Wunderwaffe is unrelated to any ideology. It brings you to the realities of World War II, the end of which is near.
I doubt it. the realities of World War II in the "Wunderwaffen"-project were forced labor and death. Does your game provide information about forced labor?

In Wolfenstein you don't play the villian. You play as a allied soldier fighting the nazis.
Hatred is completely different. Kinda Rampage, "Amoklauf", school shooter game.
If the Dev is interested in creating a game which is at least a bit appropriate towards the topic, he'd add a trigger warning, yes, and context. What is context? Textboxes describing the background of the "project" could add context. Not just the technical aspect. The criminal aspect. The people being killed by the nazis being responsible for the "project". The forced labor, the missiles on cities.
The game shouldn't reward you for imitating criminal behavior. We're not talking about satire games like Grand Theft Auto here. This is a serious issue and it should be treated that way.
The goal shouldn't be helping the Third Reich win.
What do you think about those ideas?
- Command and Conquer, No. It's obviously fiction.

- Civilization, Yes. The colonial crimes are being ignored as far as I know.
- Man in the High Castle, No. In a movie, you don't take action on your own. In a game, you do. Therefore it's hard to compare. Same goes for books.
There are people out there that still remember nazi death and working camps (they are old but still here) and they have families and friends who heard all the stories and saw the pictures of whole families that were destroyed
you can sidetrack the issue by simply changing it to a similar but unrelated reality ...
you could of course move the weapon development to the allies side
