Is there any difference between CVspeaker and AI voice?

Yeah I've wondered this too with no googlable answers. Both have the same voice and both are very *very* inconsistent at activating. The first line will be voiced, 20 lines next unvoiced and then suddenly one line in the middle of the conversation or narration and again nothing after that.

Maybe the feature works better in CH? Definitely scuffed in ENG but strange they'd exit EA and have it still be this broken.

I eventually just learned to think of the investigators as puppets, which explained their robotic voices to my head canon.

The auto-voice cutting it is a very bizarre thing as it is inconsistent between modules. The first module, the town you can't escape and the carnival all seem to be inconsistent with playing voice. But then the others have every line. Sadly if its an ENG only bug I doubt it will get fixed.

Honestly, the AI voice is kinda charming. It has that awkward tone that is matching the tone. After some time, I got used to it and kinda fell in love with it. Has that none human feel.

Okay- but what's the difference between the two? I dunno ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about AI or CVSpeaker.
