What is going on with Steam's displayed price on this game?

Crazy pricing... in my wishlist says 84% off but price is full price on Steam Store page.

The bundle is marketed as "5 Games for 5 Bucks!" but the price of the bundle is $15 in my region ... even if was USD -> CAD conversion I'd only expect to pay around $7.

What is going on?
