My way to install VP9

1/ Download VP9 codec on free-codec website: https://www.free-codecs.com/vp9_video_extension_download.htm
2/ Open PowerShell
3/ type: Add-AppPackage -path C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Downloads\Microsoft.VP9VideoExtensions_1.0.52781.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.Appx

Peculiar way of adding the MS VP9 Extension while bypassing the Microsoft Store. At least it works.
