Map size?
Compared to other games (Yakuza 0 for example) how big is the map overall?

Big enough.

it's 1km from North to South, it's a decent size but there's also a lot of density to the map as you can fully traverse some areas interiors as well as scale many building's stairwells from ground level to the roof. I'd say on the "Yakuza" scale, it's certainly much larger and much more open, I can't give you an exact number though.

It's large, but feels pretty empty. There are no npcs with goofy sidequests, like in Yakuza so while the environments look great, there is not much to do except fight ghosts and search for collectibles. Most of the sidequests you get start to feel... samey. "Find out what happened to X, search for Y, fight Z, etc. "

So the maps and environments look great, there's not much else to them. It feels like a stripped down version of GTA... if you kept the maps but removed all the pedestrians and cars, except for the occasional wandering gang members.

It's a shame, because the devs did put alot of effort into building a digital Tokyo, but without much to do, it just feels like wasted potential. I guess if you think of the game like a "explore Tokyo" walkthrough VR tour or something, then maybe you might get some enjoyment out of it and your mileage may vary.
