It had nothing to do with hardware. Game would drop do 5 fps at random, because of texture streaming issues. Almost everyone had the issue.

That got fixed a while ago IIRC. But they just removed Denuvo today, so that should improve FPS too.

Worked perfect day 1.. you know some people have adequate systems to play games cause we know how computers work. Not like some people.

I keep getting the same stutters everytime I move the character a few steps or so, to me it's definitely a massive performance issue, of course Denuvo is gone now and so are these stutters.

Still stuttering sadly, but less. I just want to play the game someday. It's more playable now at least. It's just every time I start moving forward the game hitches at a 3 second interval.

I have to wait until they removed Denuvo in order to play the new added side quests, that was just how bad the stutters was for me.

There just seem to be super unoptimized areas throughout the game. Only thing you can do is turn on Nvidia DLSS for consistency.
