Graffiti Bug
The graffiti on the construction site first floor of the building in the Shiroyama Shrine area (the shiba inu graffiti) will not let me scan it.

I have all the other graffiti in the area. I tried going to a recent save and I still couldn't do it.

Please help.

Do you have a switchable game device?
If the keyboard is switched to a handle, try reconnecting one of them and see if it shows up.
It's possible that the setup keys run out when you switch devices. Check it.
