Is there a way to defeat the fat enemy that is a transparent blob 'telekinesing' world items at you?

When I use the sensor to see its footsteps so I can come up from behind and make a quick takedown, a bunch of his clones just keep spawning, apparently indefinitely.

It doesn't seem to actually 'die' no matter how many you kill. Is there a proper way to this?

Ot this enemy to be completely avoided altogether and when it spots you, you should just run away very far and hide?

There probably is. Try Talismans as usual until you can get Quick Purge.

Just shoot it, and dont get hit. That is my strat. It takes quite a bit of shots if you are using wind.

Just keep attacking. It's kind of a 'bullet sponge'.
