You might get better results if you include the specs of your computer and the settings you're using.

Well that's nothing to do with the game that's a problem with your GPU or your general cooling.

80ºC is still safe, if you want it to run cooler setup a custom fan curve.

it doesnt matter if other games dont heat up your gpu, you dont even mention what games these are. its still most probably your GPU being the problem.
as mentioned you can use a custom fan curve. MSI Afterburner lets you do that.

for example a modern GPU with just one fan youll probably never be able to solve your problem when the GPU is in heavy use. because only 1 fan is often not enough to keep the temp down.

you might reduce the graphics settings and resolution so your GPU doesnt struggle so much, this way the temps should go down a little.

My 3080 with a 450w bios runs at 80ºC in most demanding games. This is a non issue.

You forgot to list what GPU is in your rig.

my GPU is 3 fans and i have reduced the setting to low and the game is still hot, i don't think it's my GPU problem, if it is the problem all the games will get hot, but here the GPU heat up only with this game

The 2060 super is just fine at 80ºC, it's a non issue.

You can use a custom fan curve, or cap your FPS if it worries you.

The game is not at fault here and never is. GPUs have limited power draw like all PC parts and the coolers manufacturers put on them should be able to cool them at 100% limit. 80 is high but normal for cheaper models that have worse coolers. If you wanted your GPU to run cool and quiet then then you should've bought one with a bigger cooler. More fans does not equal bigger btw, many triple fan models still have small or otherwise bad heatsinks.
