I almost found all the spirits.

I'm 99.67%. It seems all shrines are 100%. All the cubes are 100% the parades things 100%
but I'm at 239,308 out of 240,000 so where do I find these last couple? (all side mission 100% as well)
What am I missing here?

World spirits found on rooftops, in corners and alleyways, and so on.

Use a combination of maxed Spectral Vision upgrades with Spirit Perception Beads if need be.

First off, thank you so much for your response and help.

I figured out where the last spirits were. Even if you 100%, it doesn't show the LAST few spirits that are inside the subway area where you first seperated with KK. The last ones where there! I got them, and then fully 100% with achievement.

Actually, the map when zoomed will tell you how many underground are missing.

It seems that not all of the Shibuya Underground spirits are tracked as part of that area's total, and are instead counted as World Spirits. Otherwise, it requires extensive hunting of areas one may not have been in or noticed during the Chapter 2 Severance sequences or otherwise.

Also the spirit parades always give some I got halfway through the game without interrupting one and just found out you can gain souls this way

I found all the spirits, but gave up on the camera locations and decided to finish the game.
