Spoiler: About the Ending
Akito is now the lonliness men in Tokyo.
No KK anymore, No Rinko, No Sister....only maybe ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Ed and Dale.
Alone walks Akito the stairs up and...bang it ends. No one is waiting at the end of the tunnel.
Better ending would be,Akito jumbs in the hole too the underworld and the next Ghostwire game play in hell.

Not even an little change for the cut scene (where we could rescure Mari)...but hey it should be an Dystopia Adventure.

So what now? Akito has no Spirit Magic anymore, only the Bow.

This game feels like that its unfinished not really they have thought about the whole story.

For example the Tanukis (why giving us bush talismans too hide, if we could get a quest from the Tanukis so we can change intro props too hide?
Would make more sense right, learning the transformation magic from the tanukis for hiding.

Also where are the foxes? (Just like one of the tanukis asks in the game).

so in the end i wish really that Japan would make game in steal of Yakuza but with Akumas and Onis.

The game doesn’t have enough focus to even be like yakuza. Those games aren’t even as large as ghost wire but have more interesting this to do and better stories. As for the ending in a lose sense it’s about moving on after losing someone important. Plus I doubt they have enough gameplay ideas for a sequel.
Moving on, more like PTSD Akito. At the end of the whole Battle, he sits alone in his room.

Imagine coming back form war with some Monsters, the whole team is dead, no family at the house.

Yep.....Akito is moving on.....sometimes i really question the whole Gamestory Writers in the industry.

I’m sure the ordeal will have some long term effects. But he seemed to be at peace with everything at the end. I mean outside of some comments and his sister Akito is a pretty bland character overall.
Yeah, chapter 5-6 was just rushed. From the endboss we only have some audiologs, why he did this or how he thinks.

I think all in all, this game was just rushed too the end production so as the story

I think what happened is they had the basic story and didn’t try to expand or realized it would be short, solution padd the game with needless collectibles and icons. Even the combat feels like they added the basics and called it a day. You stop getting anything close or around the half way point.
If this is the future of published games, welp we are ♥♥♥♥♥♥, because it hurst really for the price you could imagine getting an good game.

But if play only games for visuell graphic and shallow gameplay.

The biggest problem, the material was there it just needed to be correctly written and intregrated into the game.

Can’t say, monster hunter or clones of it don’t interest me.

It would be a shame if they ended it here. Cautiously optimistic they'll flesh out their rendition of Tokyo and make the story and encounters more interesting in a sequel.

Would've been much better if we got to know KK and his team beforehand... All of his lost case files could've been full-fledged quest content.

It really needs a sequel or at least more DLC. Such a unique game.

Given how padded the game is, you want them to make more padded content you can pay for.
