After the End part 2

Does anybody know how to start it? I finished part 1 but part 2 never showed up and I don't know what to do.

For me it popped up on the map as soon as i finished the mission, i'm not sure if there are prerequisites

You need to be near the Crossing near the station

I've gone to the location for the end of part 1 and where part 2 is supposed to start but it doesn't show up. Also I haven't finish chapter 4 so I should be able to still do it.

I unlocked part 2 after collecting all bike part and the objective is go back to garage.
