heres how to turn off Chromatic Aberration :
Just go to your save location for the game and then TangoGameworks , GhostWire Tokyo (STEAM) , Saved , Config folder
or follow this path
C:\Users\"username"\Saved Games\TangoGameworks\GhostWire Tokyo (STEAM)\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
and open " Engine.ini " file with notepad and enter this line at the bottom (no need to leave line space before adding the line bellow)
[SystemSettings]
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
Now it looks really good and not blurry anymore! :)
But still don't know which option turned it so blurry. Weird.
still a bummer there's no option IN game to turn off that awful blurry effect.

I think with Tonemapper.Sharpen line, any time it rains in the game you will likely get a very fuzzy effect on the screen, especially windows on buildings when they're wet, and the rain itself will probably look awful.
This game isn't really trying to be anything impressive graphically to begin with, so we can only do so much, this is why the game is only a 16.8GB install rather than 50GB+
You can also just completely turn it off and make the game look 5x better by adding this into Scability.ini
[PostProcessQuality@3]
r.MotionBlurQuality=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.PostProcessAAQuality=0
It doesn't break Reflections and lighting like most other games when forcing PPAA off either. Even if you don't like it for whatever reason, turning on DLSS still works.
