Other than this, IMO, this actually seems like a great port. Running maxed out on 4K at 60 FPS constant outside of those drops, no RayTracing and TSR on Balanced. This is another thing that really surprised me: TSR. Even on Balanced it looks crispier than the DLSS Quality mode. Very impressed with this.
I'm on a 3070 / i9 10850k.
This is not a small stutter, this is game drops to single digit fps and stays there until you pause for some time in a menu or reload the game from title.
I have only minor hitches occasionally when (I assume) shaders are compiling. On an i7 7700k,RTX3080, 32gb ram, running from ssd. Otherwise the gameplay is pretty perfect (but cutscene video is show for now which is clearly a bug for many running beyond 1080p)
I hope the stutter can be fixed soon for those who are severly affected by it..
I think the game has issues with video playback too. There are videos on the skills screen that could have triggered this.
Game runs very well but gos down below 50 fps every so often then jumps back up to around 100 immidiately.
I've never had Elden Ring drop to 8 FPS. These two issues are definitely not at all the same issue.
