any game with dx11 should run on windows 7, and most of the time dx/vk does the job for dx12. With 7 you have collection of software available from 1990 to 2022 (including full gog catalog), so it's definitly better than win 10 which only runs a couple of games decently prior to 2010. Most stuff that runs normally on win 7 does not launch, crash or have corrupted fonctionnality on win 10 and 11 spyware OS.

These new os are already monolith from the past that can't run anything except dx 12. But still have 10 x more problems and bug than win 7 in it's entire history. The only thing they are good at is to make you buy game you already own with new version that are sold full price and that don't more than a free HD patch.
