Make a toon for each server, log in on each server, do a /who all, delete whichever toon on the server that you don't want to play. You can play different servers from the same account, just not the same toon.

Well, before u invest too heavily on any of these two servers, news has it that they will start a new server shortly to grab some new cash, u might want to wait for that
