Washing the horse

So my horses get crusty super fast - alright, alright - but I can't for the life of me find that washing station the game keeps referring to? I used to just "wash" them by going through water but that doesn't seem to be working anymore either. Anyone can help here maybe?

You must build a washing station. Should be the same spot if you want to plant carrots/apples/sunflower on your farm.

Do you remember how you get the blueprint? I heard something about Kikki giving a side quest or so, but haven't seen it so far (just beat Lili so maybe I'm too early in the game?)

its the side quest from kikki, you found her on the second race, crater lake i think, she gave you informations about horse stuff than you become the blueptint

It seems to be working only in the ocean for now, not in ponds, i think its a bug. If you dont have the washing station blueprint yet from Kikkis sidequest you can use the washing station at the Felix Estate if you already have access to it.

The washing station is mid to late game as part of a side quest. Still mad that all of these necessary items arent introduced at the beginning, being as important as they are.
