Android rip off

I'm sure someone has brought this up before but there is a ripoff of GNORP on Android. It's called rockling empire. That's actually how I found this game because someone in the reviews said as much. That's just straight up theft of intellectual property is it not? Link to the page below:

glad to see someone already made a post about this, I came to this discussion board specifically to call out that exact thing. It was a damn near 1-1 ripoff as far as I could tell, with, like, I guess some *minor* changes, but it was extremely plain that it was an absolute copy of the concept/premise of the game, from the ad that I saw. like, wtf. inspiration is one thing but this is infuriating. I hope the gnorp devs can take action! this is messed up!

On the playstore it states:
"Inspired by Gnorp Apologue - check the game of our friend Myco on Steam"

It could be true, or an attempt to mislead people to not report it as theft, but maybe the original dev can shine more light on this.
