I have gotten up to 19 points before defeating the game (defeated the game with only 16 points). My highest reclamation income in the end was the Hulk from Garden with red flowers enabled and the endless wave talent and this coupled with 15 mountaineers that made sure the pile get shifted closer to the stash as well as depositing a lot into the stash themself. My runners where barely visible on the graph with that setup.

Oh forgot to mention that I had to stop red flowers in the garden in the end as that Hulk was a bit to effective for raising the reclamation a bit to high to overcome to grow the pile to get to the compression events.

I reached 20 points on my last run where I beat the game. Used a combination of psychics (was running 3 of them, with the Runner inspiration), teleportation, and massive amounts of Timeshifting from bombers. Throw in about 10-15 mountaineers (don't bother upgrading them) so that you can use their Inspiration on your runners to massively boost their carry capacity. I was on the final stage of compression before ending the game and stocked up a full bar of compression worth of materials on the pile (turn off teleportation and switch to GEET inspiration on your runners to get your pile to grow bigger), then switch on Teleportation and the mountaineer inspiration on your runners at the same time and your income will skyrocket. I had been using 20 runners the whole game up to that point, but I dropped all of my remaining population into more runners to help boost the income generation, ending with about 40-45.

I got stuck here as well. I wanted to explore the game on my own so it took a couple re-tries with different builds to get one that would give me the point I needed.

The winner was rocket+runners

Drones with dirty thrusters, got to 25B collection. They beat hulk and mountaineers.

Zybe Arrow buff is my highest damage dealer.

I literally have directors delivering arrow stacks above what you can see with spacebar to the archery range. You need atleast one Gatlegnorp and the gatleballoon, deals, return to sender, future to the back. Rest is up to you, but I also use Bigger Pile, slows you down but you should still be able to make it to the final wave which is where the dirty drones shine.

Could possibly get the same results with improved digging if you sink maybe 100+ gnorps into it.

Technically, there isn't a "last" talent point (20 isn't max). I just reached 26 this morning before prestige to try a slightly more optimized build that I think *might* be able to get me to 27. Honestly, though, 26 and up is kind of useless as you don't actually want every single talent as some actively detract from the more optimized builds.

I'm about to reach 25, probably some time tomorrow, but it feels like 26 will be too hard to get: what is your strategy?

I'm only at 23 but I keep finishing the 9th compression early with a low drone count (might start using bigger the pile). What drone and rocket count do you guys shoot for?

I don't want the entire process spoiled, I was kinda asking 'how much idling to expect' without just simply asking 'how much idling to expect'.

Lower than like 20 points, you shouldn't have to idle too much with an efficient build.

Over 20 points, potentially days.

At least to 23 I haven't had to idle but I doubt I'll reach 26 though by the sounds of that.

Each time that you reset it saves your progress as more grey on the bar. So if you're really determined you can in fact just... grind your way there. Go for like a super high damage build that might not scale well and doesn't take long to get to Comp 10 and then just reset as soon as you see a few pixels, and do that a few times and you'll make noticeable progress. I've gotten most of the way to 27 just testing various builds and resetting them whenever I get bored and have a couple of pixels of progress on the meter, lol

Huh.. you know I was having this odd feeling that I was getting more progress without actually getting a much better build. Well if the theory in the other thread works out it should crack it open. Its a shame I wanted hulks to work off that burst damage it seems theres something weird about how the shockwave is calculated.
