Retro-Futuristic Warfare

Anyone knows how to achieve "Retro-Futuristic Warfare"?? Appreciated

Choose the talent 'Modern Warfare', and 'Future to the Back', when you make gunners select 'modern warfare' from the building menu to get them to start firing grenades instead of bullets. The grenades will be on arrows.

If you've beaten the game once and unlocked the speedrun mode, you can do this if you haven't otherwise unlocked the final talent group in normal mode.
