A question on Reality point And what should to give point to first

How fast can you make them? I'm as at Break 4 just having T2 Reality Break unlock.
I can see there is a T3. Waiting to be unlock....
What should I give point to in T2 and T3?

Tier 1 - Galactic Attunement
Tier 1 -Expertise
Tier 1 - Omen
Tier 2 - Universal Attunement
Tier 3 - Mutiversal Attunement
Tier 3 - Entropic Fracture

You should be able to max out every Talents by Cycle 6-9.
