Bug - Crash to Desktop on Gate Jump

Started my 3rd run through and encountered a CTD when trying to access the gate for No such thing as free mission when trying to jump to the Luzul Cluster.
On creating a new character and trying the gate again it also CTD's.
I have attached a video example of the bug on both the 3rd run character and the new character i created.

I am happy to provide you with my save game files and the crash dumps if you would provide me with a method that you would like to me to share them with you.

I fixed this by changing the difficulty up one level, then it allowed me to jump through the gate without crashing the game.

Hi, so sorry to hear about the crashes. Yes, if you could send the logs and save files in %localappdata%low\Element Games\Reality Break to [e-mail], I will take a look asap. I've been trying to track this down since it crashes for another player in around the same spot.

When researching it for that other player and looking at their crash dumps, I identified it as a crash in Direct3D, with various posters online talking about disabling XMP in your BIOS, and/or reducing your RAM speed. If you're comfortable playing around with BIOS, and this happens again, please try that out.

So i played for about 2-3 hours last night, did the reality break for the 4th time. Game crashed again at the same spot. Tried changing difficulties that didnt help still crashed. On the third time testing difficulty the game crashed and my save game character was not there. As for the BIOS thing, my ram is stable. I ran memtest for 3 hours and it passed so i very much doubt it is a ram issue. Now all my character saves are filled with what seems to be a max level iron man character. :( Might give the game a pass until it gets a few patches more. Thanks and best wishes for the bug fixing!

Had the same issue, after multiple crashes my character got fully deleted. Just getting a lot of crashes in general.
