Frozen Peaks

So I got the key for Frozen Peaks, but it is blocked by glass trash and I can not upgrade my drill because i do not have milk. Where to get milk

Please find my guide on Steam. It walks you through the whole game. You don't need milk for the glass drill, because you get milk from cows which are in - you guessed it - Frozen Peaks. You actually need Duck Eggs for the glass drill. The milk is needed for the e-waste drill not the glass drill.

The game is really confusing IMO, if you dont clear all the trash out of areas, continue to upgrade, etc. you can kind of get in this situation. I would say if you are looking at that door(across from Harolds) keep walking around the lake and you will hit a door that will let you progress.
If this is correct you are a good 3+ hrs to progress to the frozen peaks.

Ya for some reason I didn't find all the needed glass the first time. I had to restart, then found seven glass no problem.
