disrupt the satellite

so i think i found my way to the top of the mountain i met some woman who says she cant talk to me till i finish my quests with Jay. but i still cant find any way to disrupt the satellite. am i in the wrong place?

ok so it took a really long time and patience, but i finally did find my way!

Probably too late because you said you found your way, but here's some tips.
If you found Lilly where the sheep are you went too far.
The satellite area is just beyond a blue building in the Frozen Peaks.
Its up the hill along a metal wall / path and you wouldn't notice it if you weren't looking.
There are lots of hostile bots to fight there.

I can't find the entrance of the satellite station, how do I open that door? I push the button but nothing happens only 1 of the lights on top goes green..so confused, am I at the right entrance

I am lost on this quest as well..so frustrated as I can not get the door open. I now have 3 of the 4 lights on, don't even know how I did that.. lol! how the heck do i get the fourth light on to open the door? I am like stuck at this quest as I have completed everything up to Lilly...which I can't progress until this satellite is fixed..I need help..HOW DO I open the door or push the lights to open the door???

You shouldn't need to push any buttons to unlock any doors to reach the satellite. The doors between zones are open to travel through.

Coming from Jay, head through the door to the next area. Keep going straight, then go up the hill on the left at the fork in the road. The path to the right leads to Lilly. Keep going up the hill and keep to the left. Once you're at the top of the hill, head straight. If you see cows and frozen bundles of hay, you're on the right path. Go straight, slightly downhill and you will see another door. Use it. You're now in the area with the satellite tower, which is up the mountain on the right hand side.

Take care of the robots in the area, then head up the tower proper. There is a part to fix the satellite up there, then all you have to do is push the button, which will finish the quest. Go back and talk to robot, then to Jay (if you'v finished her other tasks). She will send you to Lilly.

I'm stuck on this quest. I did everything, collected the parts to fix the machine but it won't work. I don't know if I missed something or if there is a glitch. Does anyone have a walk-through for this quest? thanks
