Stuck On Roguelike

So i cleared out the whole area zone looking for the Bulbator part and i've done all the quests leading up and after Roguelike, but I can't finish the quest because it's telling me that I still need to find one more part. I've looked everywhere...pretty sure my fungi is gone too. Help haha

you have to have the mini bulbulator in your inventory as well as the part from harold for rudy to proceed with the quest!

Im at the same quest but it says talk to Harold to get a part. I spoke to him at 2 spots and basically all NPC and nothing happens

0. Have built Frank's house. Have had Frank rebuild TWO rooms in Grandpa's house (hint: give him a Peperonata (cook 2 peppers + 2 tomatoes). Then go see Rudy IN LONELY HILLS.
Have built the mini bultulator, have sprayed water on ALL the trash dump sites, have rebuilt the bridge across the river, have found all the filter fungus from the big quarry pit.
1. Help Harold's ducks: build a Chicken Coop level 1, then improve it with a level 2 upgrade, then feed a bunch of ducks so they go live there.
2. Rebuild the deer habitat
3. Tame all the deer so they go live there.
4. Talk to Harold again about the animals
5. Talk to Harold again to get the neutralizer
6. Go get the magic filter fungus and bulbulator - YOU PROBABLY PUT THESE IN A STORAGE CHEST AND FORGOT ABOUT THEM
7. Return to Rudy IN LONELY HILLS and he'll give you the ultra bulbulator
8. Go down into the giant gassy hole, kill the enemies there (oh look, more ducks)
9. Place the ultra bulbulator on the floor
10. Return to Rudy and tell him you're done here.

Bulbulator parts are the red rings with white propellers in the middle, found in the area around Rudy's shop and the area right before that... one is up a ladder on a small hill but there are MORE THAN ENOUGH; make sure you didn't put them in a storage chest and forget about them.
