We need a better way to get rid of animals
I couldn't find my other post that I wanted to add to, even through search, so I'm making this post.

Long story short - I made a level 2 chicken coop so I could collect 5 ducks. But I accidentally clicked on a 6th chicken, making so I didn't have enough room for all 5 ducks.

Someone suggested moving the coop, and then only taming the chickens and ducks I wanted.

This worked, however that extra chicken NEVER left my farm, which meant the nice corner I had wanted my coop to be in was never usable for anything again, because there was an untamed chicken just standing there. So I had all of my animal barns together in one place, but then had to move the chicken coop to the area with Rudy, and the original space simply became unusable.

There needs to be an actual 'release to the wild' option that removes the animal from your farm, so you can use all of your space.

I put extra coops/barns in the village area down by the ocean where there is nothing. I then send animals out there and ignore them forever. Gets them out of the way.

Me too! I dont want all these animals near my home..so one area is for pigs, another is for chicks and ducks, and a third is for cows, sheps and goats! This gives me space for trees in my garden!!

I made a small cowshed for my sheep but because I had space in the first cowshed which I had upgraded to max with 15 slots so I could have bubbles, the sheep went there and the small one stayed empty. Need to be able to designate which building they go to.

I agree we need a way to just get rid of unwanted animals.

Also, need to do something about not being able to place a building if an animal is in the spot. If you picked up a building to turn it or slightly move it, all the animals become untamed and keep getting in the way. I have had to make extra small buildings to put in out of way places to tame animals to in order to get them out of the way and then place building where I want it and then go remove the temporary holding building and then retame them AGAIN! It is a real pain.

If you're willing to spend a few recourses, just make a new coop somewhere and tame that chicken. It'll walk to its new home leaving that corner to be used. If you don't want the extra coop / chicken, you can always remove it once the chicken has moved to where you wanted it to be.
