load screen 0% cant play help!!!!!

first day i downloaded this game it worked. next day no longer works. its stuck on load screen and says 0 shell initiated. but never changes. very disappointing for my kid who really wants to play it. we have tried deleting it reinstalling. we tried using different computers. troubleshooting. fooling with settings and looking online for answers? please someone HELP!!!!

Hello there! Thanks so much for reaching out with this feedback, and we're very sorry for the trouble you've encountered launching the game. We'd like to gain some clarity here, if you don't mind; this is an issue we've been aware of, and it was fixed for most (hopefully all!) players in the patch that went live on September 23rd. If you're certain you had this patch installed when you attempted to play the game and received this error, leading to this topic you made on September 30th, please let us know so we can flag this and let the development team know the "shell initialised 0" error is still causing problems for some folks!

If, however, you had not patched the game before attempting to launch it in the instance you're referring to here in this topic, please try patching the game first and then launching it again. Thank you again and once more, we're very sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi I am also still facing the shell initialised 0 issue as of 21 Nov 2021. Please help to resolve the issue. My son has been enjoying the game and out of a sudden it stops working.

the steam have cloud save system so doesnt matter how many times you uninstall the game steam gonna load the save game you have on OLD VERSION of the game is have video or sound setup of old version making conflict with the new version

you must go view configuration on file explorer

you gonna have

file- home- share - *view*

go option

now you have

general *view* search

go view


search option

*hidden files and folder*

mark *show hidden files folder and drives*

down you gonna have ok cancel *apply*

apply ok

now go on your main disk where you have installed windows normally could be C disk but that depend on users configuratiion but for standar is C disk

search users carpet inside search your username inside of your username carpet search appData you need have activate option above to see it

go localLow and then Bossa Studios go Iam Fish go SaveData and then you gonna find a number carpet 765 etc ending 499 last numbers go inside of that numbers carpet

inside there save data game you must delete that file and prevent on future steam cloud re upload that files .. i dont know how ....so don ask me that

if you do it right you gonna start the game and the error doesnt gonna appear you gonna can play it again
