Big mama and magic bottle quests.

I'm having the issue where the magic bottle quest will complete and be gone from my quest book but will still show up on the world map as a quest that needs to be completed.

As for big mama after i told her and the barrel boys where to find their dog the quest finished but they never returned to thier island even though it's been atleast 10 days locking me out of doing a love letter for big mama so i can't get access to the content blocked by the big boulders.
