Heavy Rocks move? bug?

got the info from a sumo he can teach me how to pull up heavy rocks if i do a delivery for him. i talked a few times to him got no quest. talked to all people on islnad, got no quest. did all delivery quests for old woman , got no quest for sumo.... is it buged or did i miss something?

Have this doubt too. I think maybe this hasn't been implemented in the game yet.

okey than i am not the only one. yes this could be. some troubles with finished quest too?

Alot of the quests either dont have finished rewards or arnt possible period, you can see if this is the case by looking at the quest in your quest book, if unable to find a quest its most likely unavailable or the npc isnt in the game yet
