(Minerals are usually a good way to make crew happy)
The weekly payment is also going to get overhauled, as of now it is only triggered if you have a crew on the 7th day. (So for instance if you lost, or have no crew when the 7th day comes it won't be triggered.)
Also, have the crew morale loss start speeding up the further past the 7 day payment mark.
My crew morale tanked hard because I popped into one of the tier 3 missions, saw I wouldn't be able to pull it off, and ducked out. I haven't been able to recover.
I question if just losing a battle and reincarnating won't reset morale. If it does, that's a pretty lame work around.

I Don't Notice any buffs from having a Euphoric Crewmate, but I do notice a Mutinous one.
Mutinous Crewmates will just stop doing their task randomly.
maybe there could be a list which then tells you that you discovered it that this crew member likes [insert items here] and dislikes [enter items here].
cause the system is already ingame. it just needs something which shows it.
with other words, i wouldnt make it like you instantly know what this crew member likes or dislikes, would make it way too easy.
tho, you are the dev. its your choice what ya do at the end ^^.
