How to plant Cabbage seeds?

Was able to plant all the seeds I've found except for some cabbage seeds I got somehow (don't think I bought them). The description says they should be planted on grass. I've tried them using the shovel to have dirt, doing it on the "empty" grass and on spots where the grass is grown up a bit. For all of them, they don't seem to want to plant. Am I missing something?

I dont think they are implemented yet (I have tried everything). like a lot of stuff, we just have to wait.
