Are worlds randomly generated like minecraft? And will there be mods

Just wondering if each world will be different and or endless

right now and from what I can tell, this is a set map with set quest locations and set dialogue. I don't see the game creator proceduraly generating an entirely new system and map for a random factor.

This is what I was wondering. Crap. You guys have fun!
Note: even though Satisfactory has four static maps... it'll take a while, but still it's like, "How many times do I have to spawn on the same place on the same map?"
