Recruit member after joining white clothes ?

i got so far into the game with my little understanding of chinese,
i finally joined white clothes sect, but every time i try to recruit someone i get this :
现下已经加入白衣教, 还是不要轻易抛头露面得好
i really don't understand what i am missing...

ok so seems like you cant use recruit, i found out you can recruit some strong people by doing main quest / and white clothes by doing their quest, but it's still very hard

under this version you cant recruit member which it's not reasonable.in the mobile version,you can recruit the member. now just wait and see if they will change
