Few achievements just don't make sense, (last few with 0%) and I feel bad for those running out of coal. I wouldn't unlock this ever.
I never encounter some soldiers neither.
Fireworks achievement requires upgrading the artillery car loading to 4 strikes in each mission, and each strike shoots out two cannons, making it 8. Given how I am, in Chita assault, I wiped the whole map before the order of attack, and only used 3 strikes. So someone really has to be a confrontational player to use all 4 strikes in one mission.
Overall, I know only a few people would complete the game and the DLCs, but I didn't know it would be THIS few.
Many people don't 100% a story, let alone adjacent achievements. Sometimes they become uninterested in the game, they don't have time to come back, or have technical issues, etc. I've also missed some achievements in games because I played offline and only unlocked them in a different run for example.
Also bringing up your own IQ for no reason is just so lame lol, go back to studying French (and if you don't get that reference then you really got no business talking about it)
