Cannot talk to an NPC - Chapter 3

Hi, I think there's a bug on a mission where I need to recover an precious artifact/relic. I've cleared the map expect 2 wolves, but I cannot find it.
So there's an "cleric" NPC (I guess?) that I can talk to, he's waving his hand to show it is available, but I cannot talk to him. I'm pretty sure he does have the thing I need but I'm stuck now ._.

Is this a bug or it is somewhere else?

Oooh, that's what that meant! Actually I don't know, it is based on a character stats, or a personnality trait?

Because I've tried with the guy with the highest charisma (6), and it didn't worked, so I guess it's a personnality trait, but I'm not sure

But then... Can I have any tip or the solution to find the relic?
I bet it was him but since I cannot talk to that guy, I guess it's not there

Hi, did you have any luck with that? Did you try to restart the mission and see if you can talk to the cleric?

I'm not sure which mission you meant exactly; sometimes you need to approach the person with a charismatic character, and they give you a reward. But there's a mission where you need to speak with the cleric and then search for a relic in a nearby camp.

Otherwise, I moved on and I "failed" this mission, that's not a big deal.
But I least I learned that characters are also important in mission which is very well thought and I love it! Maybe that relic didn't spawned or bugged, who knows xD
I hope it only happened to me lol
