Nobody Left Behind Achievement

Just finished my second playthrough, having gone north both times in my first playthrough and stayed south for my second. Kept everyone I came across alive and well, but still did not get the achievement. While I am not planning to get every achievement, this is one I thought I could pull off well enough with two playthroughs, but it seems to not be the case. If anyone has gotten it already, how many playthroughs did it take and did you have to do anything special like visit every village on the maps besides those that you naturally check during one of the early chapters for gathering up the Legion?

i just try it 2 runs noth and south i pick everone up even spent extra days befor moscow to level up(artillery train car) some of the train crew to give them combat roles got the extra car and nothing ? ant the end

or can you list all stops to pick up all the guys

im now on my 4th run and still dit get it

Do you need to get all soldiers on board and deliver them to Vladivostok or it should count the moment they board?

Also does leaving soldiers behind in choice related events negate this achievement?

Is there any randomness to finding soldiers or are they all in set places and circumstances?

If people are having problems with this achievment, tick PAUSE ON death on both options, the game has a pause option for overworld and combat.
Aparently someone died in my train and i never knew it until i looked at the chapter final stats.....great design....

I came across two young Russian girls and one of my guys wanted to stay behind and escort them to their family, said he would catch up in Vladivostok, but no one believed he would survive, considering this was just outside of Penza. If my ass with my train is struggling(and apparently the final Legion train), this dude is def not going to make it on foot. Rip me, which I had looked for this achievement first

To check if you are close to the achievement:
-Go to encyclopedia
-Go to soldiers
-Expand Legionaries.

You'll see all the legionaries necessary to get the achievement.
To know how close you are to getting it:

-Go to overview of journeys
-Check all your journeys with the train crew alive.
-Match the legionaries that made it with the legionaries of the encyclopedia

I just did a spreadsheet for me to know after my three journeys, and I still need to save 15 legionaries. And I saved 56 of them.
I did two south and one north.
But the northern one was rushed for the 20 days achievement, so I should probably redo it taking my time.
Also you start the game with some different legionaries from time to time.

i level up all you can get over from befor moscow makeing medicle suples and worckeng at the artillery car so you can asing combat roles you still 3 die no mater!
i proply only need 5 - 6 more guys to get is from checking the encyclopedia.
just i have no ideer how to get them
