diplomatic logistics incident fail?
During the Coal Mine mission I failed the "diplomatic logistics incident" side objective however I just started the mission and got to the first lookout tower. Has this happened to anyone

Yeah, the trucks start moving almost the second you start that mission, and within a few minutes they're off the map. I'm sure I could set up a roadblock now that I know what route they take and what's actually happening, but I absolutely failed that the first time almost before I realized what was even happening.
