What do these tower symbols mean?
What do these tower symbols mean? I can't capture this place or use its lookout.

A lookout is a point able to be captured when your soldiers are not sneaking.
It basically just gives passive vision even when unmanned, though enemy snipers can be in the post.

i just didn't recognize all of the symbols. can your sniper man it?

As far as I know, a lookout point cannot be manned by yourself, and I think the symbol beside the binoculars mean that you have a sneaking unit inside the capture zone, so you could capture while they are not in silent mode.
