"The Toast of Death" Bug? (Ch.4 Southern Route)

So I've made it about halfway through Chapter 4 and arrived at Makushino, where I got an event that gave a side mission called "The Toast of Death" asking me to liberate a "nearby" brewery from the Reds. The mission shows up in my sidebar, however no related mission POI is unlocked. I continued down the track to just before the next main mission at Petropavlovsk, thinking I would possibly discover it, but no such luck.

Did I just miss something, or should this have generated a POI to explore. The villagers saying it was "nearby" led me to believe it would actually be... nearby, but I've traveled dozens of kilometers since then, so I'd like to know now before I continue through the next main mission to avoid having to replay it in case I need to back-track my save.

The PoI is the next big town for me. Appeared right after I got the mission. Petropavlovsk.

Interesting, as far as I remember, Petropavlovsk already showed as a mission before I got to Makushino and clicking the side mission icon doesn't snap me there, but I'll check it out!
