Not so sure about balance moments, but a car for vehicle or two may be great idea for dlc.

Czechoslovak legion trains IRL had flatbeds for transporting armored cars. Even the "Legiovlak" modern replica of the legionary train has one (including the armored car).

What balance are you talking about? A scout on it's own at level 5 can clear entire maps.

I've wrote this before test armoured cars) So yes, no need in balance corrections, only some map updating with checkbox about ability to deploy armored unit.

Rather have more options for the tactical missions as the vehicles can be useful for later missions with arty, at guns, machine guns, tanks, armored cars and lots of Reds mixed in. For balance it can hold 2 armored cars, 2 light tanks or 1 mark 4 tank maybe. An option to deploy said vehicle should be made available like the arty car support. Either buy it or maybe salvage it from fights if you occupy them and keep em alive towards the exit zone. Maintenance on the car requires lots of iron to repair to not make it op.
