Are demo save files transferable to full game?

Try to manually copy/paste your demo saves to the full game saves folder. From report of friend of mine it should work.

It does work. I've transfered mine from the demo into the full game and was able to continue from Penza without problems.

You shouldn't have to. Most games will remember your saves and progression if you buy the full game.

I tried it myself and yes, I can continue from Penza, but the train upgrade menu disappeared. I can only repair.

Hi, it's possible to manually transfer the save files to the full game. But I wouldn't recommend it as we have seen a lot of troubles caused by it today.

If the demo is the same build as final game, shouldn't the saves be compatible? Kinda weird that you have to replay the tutorial segment if you already played in the demo - it might lower the conversion of people who buy the game after playing the demo...

i've transfered the files and had a weird Bug? at the end of chapter 2, where it says something like this: "side mission has failed and therefore a soldier leaves the train."

Really hope they update it to make it carry over by default without bugs. Really frustrating to have to replay the whole thing

I hope you fix this fast. I just finished the demo and immediately bought the game to continue the journey. Because I'm invested in the soldiers I have now and the state they are in.
If I have to start all over, I'm just not interested and will be getting a refund.

And thank you for the excellent demo - I'd never have bought the game without it.

EDIT: Copying the demo saves over doesn't actually continue from the finished battle Penza, but from the last manual save I made during the battle.
