My PC:
Windows 11 Pro, Fujitsu Celsius W5010n, i9-10900K CPU 3.70Ghz, 128 GB RAM, NVIDIA T1000
The workstation-specific graphics card you are using might be causing issues with your game. We would like to have a closer look at this though, so I would kindly ask you to send a message to our support at support@kalypsomedia.com with a description of the issue and a DxDiag.txt attached.
To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
- Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
- Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
- Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
- Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
Our support will get back to you as soon as possible.Have a good one
Faced same issue, tried compatibility mode and run as admin and no luck. DirectX already installed and showing no errors.
Fixed by download and run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from Microsoft website:
