Medpacks vanishing in Normandy (or when shot once) was already an issue in C3 but Remaster's rookie mode seems to fix it. (Likely since medpacks heal full health and only one is auto-used when you're about to die while C3's medpacks healed barely any health and somehow the way the game auto-used them would waste most of their healing.)
Guard mode is also buggy in original C3, especially with the MP40.
The Rookie Difficulty fixes a bug where getting shot once depletes all your Medkits (due to them being instant used but incredibly buggy so it uses all 5 medkits on an injury that should only need 3-4.)
That and the increased weapon ranges for rifles on Rookie mode means I honestly think the game is more fun on Rookie mode than the original difficulty.
If this game is like C2 HD, then they're going to wait until the console version to release patches.
