Skill Manuals as Rogue Cultivator

I am able to get most in a sense, between upgrading lower realm books and using high realm books of each zone's boss, and relying on legendaries I get via world drops; however I am having real difficult time finding an ultimate skillbook. I found one waay back and I am still using it (not really even anymore). Are there other ways to find more manuals I am not aware of? I actually like that Rogue Cultivators have to work harder so no problem if other ways are more difficult comparatively. Havent tried stealing much, wasnt my style and a few times I looked I didnt see manuals on people, but maybe they carry it and I need to look more.

The only thing i can think of is the auction which is held every 2 years in the capital of each region if i remember correctly.
