Help with Ao Yao(Dragon girl)

I'm completely stuck. I have no quests left. She's just roaming the initial area of the world, without giving any new dialogue or anything. I know she's supposed to move to the second area at some point, and her palace DID appear there, but she's not moving on. Is it bugged? I also haven't found the purple robed girl yet although I did find the rest. I even finished Lan You's quest I think, or at least advanced it to a point where I get special dialogue and she's roaming the whole world now, but I'm stuck with the dragon girl

yeah, it just says it's empty 'she must have gone out'. Update though, I have not been able to continue her quest, but I DID find her on a town over in hua feng

Maybe it’s time related, like you can only visit her once a month or you need a higher level of cultivation? Sorry only guessing on base of what I read on wikis etc.

I've been on Hua Feng for several in-game years now, and I've almost left the region since I'm already prepping to go to origin spirit :S

For anyone having this same problem.... If you are married with someone, her quest in Hua Feng won't trigger. You have to be single or only have partners for this quest to continue.
