Try deleting the "guigubahuang" registry entry.
Here’s how:

1. Open 'Registry Editor' by searching for it in the Windows search bar or ctrl+R.
2. In the address bar, paste the following path:

> Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\guigugame\guigubahuang

3. Right-click on the folder and select 'Export' to back up the registry entry.
4. Once you’ve backed it up, right-click the 'guigubahuang' folder again and choose 'Delete'.
5. After that, go to Steam and verify the integrity of the game files to make sure everything is repaired.

This is the solution that finally worked for me after trying everything else, like reinstalling or removing conflicting mods, with no success.
