Lan You - Rare Manuals Stuck
I've bought every single manual I had in my sect and still no dialog options ;/ Anyone knows what manuals specificaly she wants to progress the quest?

Enter a Manual Pavillion building and you'll be given a few in an event, then just go back to her.

This. It tells you to go to a manual pavilion, not your sect. So any town/city will trigger it.
