Beautify mods not working despite other mods running fine?
Even though when I click the little gear icon and it says that the mods are loaded, none of the beautify mods are running. Other mods I have are working with no problem. I've tried doing a few of fixes any I've found in other discussions, but none of them have worked.

I'm not quite sure where the problem lies. Beautify mods just don't work despite the fact that they should be. Help would be greatly appreciated

EDIT : Did a bunch of testing of individual mods. Result is that none of the beautification mods work. It seems that anything that works using Fatury doesn't function. Even after rearranging load order, it's still not working. Any mods that don't use Fatury works fine.
Current theory is that it has something to do with Fatury or the mods themselves, but considering they are the most downloaded mods and that no one seem to have reported any problem, it's probably unlikely.

Hope someone can come up with something because aside from being "it's my computer", I don't know why it isn't working.

Never mind, it works now and I don't know why

Check the load order of your mods and whether the beautify mod is getting overwritten by a mod loaded after it. You could probably try lowering them in the load order.

I'm not quite familiar with modding, how do I change the load order? I know how in Nexus, but not the steam workshop

The developer has changed a huge number of IDs in the last two updates. If your mod relies on enabling Localtext file IDs, you will likely run into problems.

I have little idea what that means. Is there a fix for that?

Probably the only reliable way is to ask the mod creator to update his mod. To explain it simply, an ID is a name attached to a function. If your mod tries to use an ID that is wrong, the Mod will not work.

So is there a way to know which mods are affected? Because for some reason, it's only the beautify mods that don't work, which seems odd considering that I have other mods that are more than a year old since their last update but run fine.

Thinking about it know actually, these beautify mods require Fatury to run. Is there currently a problem with Fatury? Or do I need to set it up properly first? I'm not quite sure considering how it's all written in chinese

Most mods create new IDs for new content, so they work fine in most cases. But some mods depend on game-specific IDs, for example an ID that opens a function to edit your character and insert a new outfit there. I don't know any way to test your mods other than using them one by one and checking if the functions still work.

I'm just guessing but you have to restart the game (not just load mod) for mod that have code in them (dll), that's probably it
