Is there any guide for every shrine?

Not really... but you could figure it out by chatting with them. The condition of each shrine is different. The only hard one was the Outlandish One's shrine, which needs you to bring each item from every possible immortal and then talk to him. Some of them include the Go piece from that dude who is crazy for Go, a Jade Token from Divine Eye, a strange orb you get from Chi You main quest, a book from Iridescent Cat shrine, and maybe a couple more stuff that I forgot. But I think that's all I bring when talking to him before he gave me a quest tho.

im still confuse on the guqin, medical shrine, and the vase can seem to find for those 3. right now im just gathering spirit stone for the lot shrine

For the guqin thing you need to bring an artifact (and equip it with you) which is paired with Muqing. Muqing will ask you to find her favorite wood and then proceed to make a guqin for that birdbrain of an immortal.

The medical shrine needs you to have a "Heavily Wounded" nurtured destiny which is obtainable by getting yourself beat up by an enemy and proceed to run away. Lose about 50%-70% of your health and then press esc and run. You'll get the said destiny.

The vase is buyable in the market. I think it was around Yong Ning area. Don't go to the big city, find them in smaller cities, which might take you several spirit stones to teleport around to find them. The item itself isn't that expensive since it's a hobby/interest item.

Persevere lol. It's hard getting all the 3 Up/High sticks/lots. So definitely save up some money and blow it all with her..... Sh** that came out wrong lol....
